Residents of the city limits of Deltona, Daytona Beach, and Port Orange will need to contact their respective municipalities for assistance. Applicant household income cannot exceed 120% of the area's median income, which is adjusted for household size. Applicant must show that nonpayment of mortgage was due to one of following six (6) reasons:
The applicant must demonstrate ability to continue maintaining mortgage payments after assistance has been provided. Once the applicant receives Foreclosure Prevention Assistance, applicant does not qualify for additional Foreclosure Prevention Assistance until the County's Foreclosure Prevention Mortgage Deed and Note has been satisfied.
