Mission Statement


The Mid-Florida Housing Partnership, Inc. was incorporated October 23, 1989 as a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization. The primary purposes are the provision of decent, affordable housing for lower income persons and to expand opportunities available to very low, low and moderate income citizens and to raise the economic, educational and social levels of the residents of Volusia and Flagler Counties, and City of Daytona Beach, Florida.


Programs Offered


Mid-Florida Housing Partnership, Inc. is a non-profit organization serving the Daytona Beach, Volusia County and Flagler County areas. Our services include very-low, low and moderate income housing assistance to purchase a home(SHIP Programs), Fair Housing outreach and education, HUD certified credit and foreclosure counseling, money management workshops,Palmetto House transitional housing for the homeless, Small Business Development Classes, Adult Education/GED program and the Family Book Club. Our services are free to the community.
