Financial Empowerment Mobile - sponsored by Fifth Third Bank, November 5, 2025

MFHP HUD Certified Housing Counselors join Fifth Third Bank Financial Professionals on the Fifth Third "E-Bus" on Wednesday, November 5th, 10 am - 3 pm parked in front of the Carl Swisher Library on the campus of Bethune-Cookman University at 615 State Street, Daytona Beach, Florida.  On the bus, visitors will have assistance with viewing their credit report, will have access to financial decision tools, learn fraud awareness and prevention tips, home buying strategies and foreclosure prevention tips. Classes on credit and budget and home buying seminars will be conducted inside the Carl Swisher Library.

 

Foreclosure Prevention Workshop:  November 8, 2025

 

The Foreclosure Prevention Workshop will be presented from 2 pm to 4 pm on Saturday, November 8th.  It will be conducted as an in-person interactive workshop and open to any homeowner wanting to learn more about foreclosure prevention strategies, timelines options and solutions available to homeowners.  The workshop location will be the Rear Classroom of the MFHP Offices located at 1834 Mason Avenue, Daytona Beach, FL  32117. 

 

Housing Empowerment Workshop: November 15, 2025

 

Our Housing Empowerment Workshop Series continues on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at the Southern Recreation Center in Palm Coast, FL. Join us from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. for an insightful session focused on key housing support programs in Volusia and Flagler counties.

Featured Programs:

  • Palm Coast CDBG Owner Occupied Rehab Program
  • Flagler County SHIP Program

Both initiatives provide crucial support for homeowners needing essential home repairs, reinforcing community strength and stability in Daytona Beach and the surrounding areas.
