On Saturday, October 18, 2025, Mid-Florida Housing Partnership (MFHP) is excited to launch our Housing Empowerment Workshop Series at the Southern Recreation Center in Palm Coast. This free event runs from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and is designed to equip residents of Volusia and Flagler Counties with the tools they need to protect their homes and strengthen their financial futures.

Our first session will focus on two timely and vital topics:

  • Navigating Home Insurance – Learn how to choose the right coverage, understand policy details, and prepare for potential risks unique to Florida homeowners.

  • Disaster Readiness – Gain practical tips for safeguarding your property and family before, during, and after severe weather events.
